Combining Energy Body Alignment with Psychic Channeling
Energy Body Alignment and Psychic Channeling are two of the gifts that emerged from the 2004 car accident. Through these modalities, I’ve been able to provide relief, clarity, peace, and growth to countless souls – both humans and pets alike!
But how does this all work? For starters, think about our bodies as blueprints. They hold the plans for our most evolved self… as well as our stuck patterns and belief systems. These patterns lie in the muscles, fascia, and bones as well as in the energetic pathways—the neural pathways, meridians, chakras and nadis.
Energy Body Alignment
Energy Body Alignment (EBA) as an energetic healing modality came through me after a car accident in 2004. Like Reiki, it is a way to access a range of vibrational healing energy of the Universe. I spent several years attuning to the range of frequencies and types of healing that are now able to flow through my body. I work primarily in the frequency of love. Sanat Kumara, The Ancient of Days, is my partner in this work.
Through energy body alignment, I’m able to sense blocks, knots, and overstimulation in the physical tissue, central nervous system, and energetic pathways. Your higher Self/soul and/or guides direct me where to work and the frequency of healing energy to channel. I then allow that healing energy to move through me. The frequency of this energy unwinds triggers, trauma, and unhelpful behavioral and thinking patterns. It can also heal physical and emotional wounds.
The body then aligns with the higher Self/soul by rewiring the body’s sacred geometries and neural pathways. Old beliefs and behaviors are released, and new ones are integrated into all sheaths of the body.

As with Reiki or any other healing modality, you’ll get the best results when coming for regular Energy Body Alignment sessions–particularly when transmuting deeply held patterns and beliefs. While I make recommendations, it’s best to follow your own guidance about when to start, stop and time between sessions.
Psychic Channeling
When life is unraveling or your mind is tied up in a knot, you need to find your center.
Psychic channeling (sometimes called Intuitive Readings) can be grounding, inspiring and healing experiences because they offer you a different perspective —that of your higher Self/soul and spirit guides. By understanding the cause of your behaviors, you create space for healing, information, and wisdom that supports you and your whole being—body, mind and spirit.
In sessions, I use my intuition and my connection with our guides and angels to help you find clarity and understanding so you can take aligned action. Sanat Kumara is my partner in this work as well, but other guides, angels and ancestors often join us.
