Engage Your Intuition: A Workshop for Coaches & Human Service Professionals
I believe being true to our deepest knowing leads to a more fulfilling and satisfying life—and I believe the highest service we can offer clients is to model this in our own lives. I believe it takes intuition, self-trust and trust in something larger than ourselves to guide and support clients as they navigate the waters of transformation.
This workshop opens the door to personal exploration of intuition AND to applying this learning to our coaching practice. During the morning we will:
- Demystify intuition.
- Review definitions and general principles of intuition.
- Uncover out how YOU see, hear, feel, and experience YOUR intuition.
- Look at the difference between intuition & ego (personality habits).
- Address our fear of following those “illogical”, intuitive prompts.
- PLAY WITH and EXPLORE our sixth sense.
In the afternoon we will practice noticing, clarifying and choosing when to act on intuitive “hits” when working with clients. Our time together will be a mix of presentation, individual exploration and small group work.
