This powerful centering practice supports you in being self-connected and active in the world at the same time!
The intent of this recorded version is to allow your body/being to become so familiar with the process that you can take your stance (center yourself) several times a day, wherever you are, in just a few seconds. In other words, it’s meant to be used IN the world, not to separate yourself from the world.
Since you’ll be Taking Your Stance in the world, feel to modify your physical stance for the situation (sitting, standing, walking, etc.)
Doing this practice with open eyes supports the intent of this practice. If you find yourself closing your eyes during the practice in order to self-connect or focus, simply allow yourself to open them when you notice you’ve closed them and re-engage with the world around you.
