My Story

I’m passionate about helping women live in greater alignment with their soul’s calling, particularly midlife women. Whether you’re a business owner, a working professional, or a mom, following your intuition and trusting what you know is the key to navigating challenges that arise in all aspects of your life.

Like the dragonfly nymph, we often spend years in the muck before awakening to our soul’s calling and taking flight. When we do awaken, hearing and following our soul’s guidance evokes fear as well as excitement. Often called a midwife to the soul, I create an intimate, safe place where you can face your fears and give birth to your own magnificence.

As an International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I’m trained to help you get unstuck, move through transition, and birth your authentic self.  At its core, coaching is about change management. With degrees in management, education, and women’s studies, I’ve studied change. As a higher education administrator, a natural-born empath, and a mid-life awakened intuitive, I’ve lived change.

What do I know for sure? Navigating transitions from the inside out has made my life’s journey more playful, satisfying, and abundant. My work and relationships have more meaning and I’m more engaged and committed to creating the life of my dreams. Living this way isn’t always easy, but it is rewarding.
